Whether you decide to place your order with us online or at our showroom located in Coventry, we will deal with your order in the same way. We offer free delivery to England and Wales for orders over £1,500 and aim to have your kitchen delivered to your home within 14 days once your order is confirmed and full payment has been received. We welcome deliveries to other locations and will provide a delivery quote upon request.
Once you have decided on a delivery date, you will have two avenues for payment. If your delivery date is less than two weeks away, you will be required to pay in full for your order. Once paid, your order will be collated and sent to our holding depot ready for delivery.
Alternatively, if your requested delivery date is more than two weeks away you will only be required to pay a 20% deposit. Two weeks prior to your delivery an automatic email will be sent to you requesting full payment. If you decide to change the delivery date this can be arranged, and a charge of £2.50/day will be added to your bill for storage purposes.
We understand that buying a new kitchen is a significant investment, and thus, we aim to make your purchase and delivery of a BespOak kitchen as smooth a process as possible. Prior to delivery we will text you to arrange a convenient three-hour slot; no need to wait around all day. On the day of delivery, we will text you again when our drivers are 20 minutes away. You are then able to sit back and relax as our two-man team place your beautiful new kitchen into its desired area. If you have selected our bespoke delivery service (chosen when placing your order), your kitchen will be unpacked, and all packaging will be removed.
If you have decided to return any of your items please send your request to email@example.com and a collection will be arranged. Once your request has been sent the collection company will contact you with in 2 working days. To avoid disappointment please make sure the returning products are kept in a good condition.
